Here I attempt to healing the image by removing all the creases in the photo, using the spot healing tool and the clone stamp tool. The clone stamp was very useful when getting rid of the crease on the stool beside the boy in the photo.
After fixing the image, I used the blending mode “Colour” to add colour to the photo. It is harder than it looks as you have to try to be as precise as you can and arrange the colours to look natural. I do recommend when repairing the image that you take a lot of time into perfecting it as to create a visual impact. The visual impact can be made from fixing an image as it brings back a picture to its cleanest state. It almost makes it like you were there when the photo was taking.
